Who this notice is for
This notice covers the product website at 600chat.com and the 600chat customer service platform, including workspace accounts, customer chat links and chat widgets. The website and the platform serve different purposes, as described below.
600chat is operated by SX Preview Group, based in Panama. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
When you visit the product website
600chat.com is a static product website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not provide account login, a checkout or a contact form. Its current page code does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts.
Your browser still makes requests to load pages and images. Cloudflare and Bunny, which deliver the website and its media, receive technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers. They may process security and delivery logs. A website without analytics is not a website without any technical data processing.
When you use a workspace or start a chat
The platform processes account details such as names, email addresses, login credentials, team membership and permissions. It also processes conversations, contact details supplied in a chat, uploaded files and images, message times, assignments, conversation status and other workspace records.
Chat features use visitor identifiers and technical information, including IP address and browser information, to connect a visitor with the right conversation and support security and service operations. The exact information available depends on the channel and workspace settings.
During an open conversation, typing previews can send text you are entering to the support team before you press Send. The platform stores these preview events temporarily; its cleanup process removes previews older than three hours.
You choose what to send in a conversation. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details or information that is unnecessary for your request.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, route and display conversations, let teams collaborate, deliver attachments, retain conversation context, provide configured features, and maintain the security and operation of the service.
Where a workspace enables an external translation or other integration, the information required for that feature may be sent to the configured provider. The workspace should explain which optional integrations it uses before you share information through them.
The business you are chatting with
The business that operates a workspace decides why it collects customer information and how its team uses conversations. Its own privacy notice and instructions also matter. Contact that business first about information you submitted to its chat.
600chat provides the platform used to process workspace information. The respective responsibilities of the platform operator and workspace customer must be recorded in the applicable service agreement and, where required, a data processing agreement.
Service providers and other recipients
Cloudflare supplies website hosting and network protection. Bunny provides website media delivery and storage and delivery of chat images. Infrastructure providers process information needed to provide these services. Authorized workspace users can see information available to them under their permissions.
Chat images are uploaded from the browser to Bunny after authorization. Image access uses short-lived signed links. If the platform administrator enables another image CDN, requests for those images also pass through that provider. These controls are not end-to-end encryption; a signed link can grant access to anyone holding it until it expires.
The primary Bunny chat image storage is configured in Singapore. Hosting, security and content delivery services operate across countries, so information may be processed outside your country. The requirements and safeguards that apply to a particular transfer depend on the locations and applicable law. Contact us for information relevant to your workspace. Disclosure requests from public authorities are assessed under applicable law.
Storage, deletion and backups
Conversation records, account information, uploaded files, operational logs and backups can have different retention needs. Deleting a browser identifier does not delete a conversation stored in a workspace.
The platform does not apply one automatic deletion period to all customer conversations, accounts and images. These records support ongoing workspace use and conversation history until removed through applicable administrative processes. Operational event history has separate cleanup rules. Copies in backups or previously migrated storage may remain after a change to the active record. Contact the workspace business or [email protected] to request deletion and clarify which records and copies the request covers. Any legal preservation requirement must also be considered.
Security
The service uses HTTPS, account and visitor authorization, workspace access controls and short-lived image access links. Security also depends on workspace permissions, connected services and the devices used to access a conversation.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login details and do not share private conversation or image links with people who should not have access.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, applicable law may allow you to withdraw it.
Contact [email protected] with the relevant workspace or chat link and a description of your request. Do not include passwords. Identity or authority may need to be verified, and a request concerning a customer workspace may need to be handled with that business.
Where applicable, you may also contact the data protection authority responsible for your location. Your rights and any conditions or exceptions depend on the law that applies to the request.
Browser storage and updates
The Cookie notice explains the difference between the product website and storage used by the chat platform. Browser settings let you inspect or clear stored data, although doing so can affect login or conversation continuity.
We update this notice when service practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. We provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it for a relevant change.
