The product website
The current 600chat.com page code does not set marketing cookies, use advertising pixels or run visitor analytics scripts. Navigation and language switching use ordinary page links; the website does not create a login session or save a language preference in browser storage.
Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protection features or challenges are triggered. These are distinct from advertising analytics. The cookies present can vary with the protection applied to a request.
The chat platform
The separate platform uses a qia_session cookie for authenticated workspace access. The application marks it HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and uses Secure over HTTPS. Its expiry follows the configured session duration.
Chat pages can store a channel-specific visitor identifier in localStorage so the browser can reconnect with a conversation. The workspace interface also uses browser storage for items such as reply drafts, pending outgoing messages, display preferences and filters. sessionStorage can hold the active workspace context.
How long browser data stays
Session cookies expire according to their configured lifetime. sessionStorage normally lasts for a browser tab’s session. localStorage can remain until the application removes it or you clear site data; it does not have an automatic browser-wide expiry.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Clearing the chat site’s data may sign you out, remove locally saved drafts or prevent that browser from reconnecting with an earlier visitor identity. It does not by itself delete messages already held by a workspace.
The product website currently has no optional advertising or analytics cookies to enable through a consent panel. Any future optional tracking must be assessed and, where required, kept off until you make a valid choice.
